Elitez Karate Academy was founded in 2011; we have our own syllabus but use many traditions of Shotokan, which is a Japanese style of karate.

We teach in various locations around Essex and London, run various courses/special events throughout the year and start from as young as 3 years old.

We also teach karate in various schools, which is part of their curriculum and the aim is for the child to learn the basic principles of karate: discipline, confidence, self-defence & co-ordination.

Elitez is taught in a non-contact environment and promotes physical and personal development. Elitez is a club for all ages and we encourage even families to train together and be part of our family and adults club.
